The new District Court building of the district Koraput–Jeypore was inaugurated on 10th September 2021. Thirty-One different courts are functioning in the judgeship with outlying stations at Koraput, Semiliguda, Lamtaput, Dasmantpur, Kotpad, Borigumma, and Laxmipur.

The Regional Judicial Academy, Koraput at Jeypore imparts regular training to the Judicial Officers and ministerial staff posted in the cluster districts of Koraput, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi and Rayagada. During the year 2025, various legal awareness programmes were organized on different topics and significant days were observed by DLSA, Koraput. Four cases were settled as successful through Mediation during the Campaign Mediation for the Nation, Drive–I, 2025.
